Dr. Greg’s approach to medicine is to support the body’s natural ability to heal. As a Naturopathic Doctor, Dr. Greg strives to use the least invasive therapies available to address the unique struggles of each patient. This holistic approach addresses the whole person to balance body, mind, and spirit. Dr. Greg loves to educate patients about how to address their unique struggle, how to achieve good health and a greater balance between body, mind, and spirit. A Naturopathic Doctor has many tools to help patients achieve their health goals. Dr. Greg uses a combination of clinical nutrition, herbal medicine, supplements, Neurofeedback, lifestyle modification, breath work, and bodywork.

The main tool he utilizes is the Low Energy Neurofeedback System (LENS). It is a quick, non-invasive, and very effective for treating issues like anxiety, PTSD, post-concussion syndrome, chronic stress, insomnia and burnout.
